Mr. Rajashekhar Manchi along with Kacham Ramu, Srikanth Katakam, Nagesh Kumar, Krishna Mohan, Akula Santosh, Radhakiran Chikoti, Nagaraju Kacham, Arun Teja are the Global Founders of Global Vysya Business Legends (GVBL) incepted in the year 2022. 

Global Vysya Business Legends (GVBL) currently has 4 Business chapters GVBL Pranava, GVBL Avighna, GVBL Skanda and GVBL Kapila Karimnagar. For the smooth functioning of Business Chapters there was a systematic set of organisational system created where chapters are headed by Chairman, Vice Chairman – Operations, Vice Chairman – Finance along with Directors with various Roles.

 Rajashekhar Manchi s/o late Manchi Laxman is a business proprietor and CEO for Sri Laxmi Products, Uppal, Hyderabad. He is married to Manchi NagaLaxmi and is blessed with two children. He is a commerce post-graduate from the deemed University of Osmania and has also completed a Plastic short term course in CIPET, Hyderabad. He grew to be not only a businessman but he also imbibes the skill of being a great leader as he exercises the esteemed position of General Manager of Sudhakar Group of companies that manufactures Rigid PVC Pipes & fittings for the last 25 years. He is also involved in new project developments, procurement and operations. With the support provided by the Sudhakar Group he started the plastic injection molding unit in the name of Sri Laxmi Products in the year 2012, which was the beginning of his business. This unit carries day to day activities of production, purchase, sales, dispatch, etc which is looked after by his wife, Mrs. NagaLaxmi, and Mr. Rajashekhar is solely dedicated towards developmental activities. He is extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience in the Plastic Industry and has attended and visited all the major exhibitions, seminars, conferences and plastic industries situated in Germany, Austria, Dubai, Sharjah, Bangkok, Malaysia, Bali, Singapore, Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad to share his knowledge and updates about plastic. He has also served as president and vice president for Lions of Secunderabad Gymkhana & Ketrish Land Mark (Gated community Apartment) respectively. His multi-skilled personality also helped him to serve and be a member of the Arya Vysya Club ofSecunderabad, Rotary Club of Jubilee hills, World Arya Vysya Mahasabha, Vasavi Club of Secunderabad, Vasavi Club of Hyderabad and also the Secunderabad Pattana Arsya Vysya Mahasabha. People who are as talented, passionate and possess such headship character traits and are down to serve/help people are very much needed to grow in the society today.

Kacham Ramu

 Kacham Ramu, business entrepreneur and sole proprietor of Goutham Motors, an authorized Hero two-wheeler showroom located in Nagaram, Hyderabad, is a highly skilled business proprietor with great leadership ability and effective communication skills. He is married to Mrs. Kacham Praveena and has a son and daughter. Kacham Ramu is a great example of a successful business proprietor. He has the ability to lead and deliver results for his company. K. Nagesh Kumar: K. Nagesh Kumar s/o Late K Sudhakar is a business proprietor for Snigdhas Events & Celebrations. He is married to Santoshi Latha and is blessed with two children. His successful business began in the year 2012 and the completion of 10 years is being rejoiced. Mr. Nagesh is well experienced in the hospitality industry for the last 18 years as an operations manager and general manager for hotels in hyderabad and therefore is well versed about events and celebrations. This experiences of his created an interest and passion which led to the establishment of his own business. He is not only a business person but also multi-faceted as he belongs to the Vysya community clubs. He is the president for various clubs like Vasavi and Lions. He belongs to the core committee of VBG and is the foundation secretary of the same. He also happens to be the founder of a few vysya groups and has therefore imbibed the qualities of a leader.
